Semaglutide

Hello there I am suffering from T2DM since 2013 and I have been advised recently to start semaglutide but the thing is the side effect on animal that it can cause medullary thyroid cancer !? So I am a bit hesitant however my diabetes is not well controlled on my current medications so what do...
