    Hi, I'm T2 for around 4 years, my mmol readings are 48 or below, currently 43. I wonder if anyone knows why the soles of both feet feel like they're on fire? Oh, and I'm 66 taking one 25g sitagliptin a day and a statin. Many thanks. Vince.

    Diabetes

    Hi all, I have been thinking of moving to Spain, I'm 64 and been T2 for nearly 3 years. I'm taking metformin ( 2×500) and a statin. I have no idea what I would have to do, medication wise, or what will happen if my diabetes gets worse,has anyone had any experience with this?. Grateful for any help.

    Hi all, Can someone tell me,if you have a sleep in the afternoon, for about an hour then you take a bg finger prick test, do you get a mini liver dump?. My levels, which go down during the day, suddenly go up after a sleep, not by much, but I haven't eaten anything!. Thanks

    Hi Dansintheroom, Bread and biscuits are not really good for T2, some can get away with bread as it won't raise bg (for some) a meter finger prick test will tell you.
