Thanks for the welcome! Yeah I've been mostly ignoring SW for this week, as my diet has been pretty inline with what they suggest, just without as many carbs! They haven't done any fasting tests as of yet, and I haven't been told to do one, but I'll mention it next time I speak to my GP. :)
