Thank you. I’ve watched it and yes it was helpful. I’m not worrying. As long as my triglycerides are very low I’m ok with it and also with Dr Berry’s explanations. Next is to double check his ‘things to worry about’ list.

Thank for replying. I was getting really worried even though I’ve researched ‘too doctors’ like Dr Chiffee Dr Clywes Dr Ken Berry. Thought that perhaps my GDL needed to be higher along with the Triglycerides being low! So much to take in eh. Many thanks

Interested. Watching for replies. I am Carnivore. Endocrinologist wants me to stop as my total cholesterol is 14.2! LDL 10.3 but triglycerides at ONE. Wish I could find help on NHS. Told to ask for CAC scan but not available on nhs What next? Love carnivore and feel great. I’m 68 & keto then...
