    Not long, but my work involves typing so it took a bit longer. You can use your hand soon after gently but I’d say 6 weeks and it’s fine. It’s a very quick op for which you’re awake. They will try cortisone injections first though which might help instead of an op?

    Hi, Yes I’ve had several trigger finger op all successful, The consultant said Tendon issues are common in diabetics as they are affected by raised blood sugars. Hence causing trigger fingers!
