Yes I was on the placebo I have stop taking them now. A waste off time . Still going the fill in the survey. Taking the placebo tables 1/2 hour before was making me forget my normal tables.

HbA1c 41 in June.

All I had was steak ,green beans, 1/2 carrot,some Brussels sprots.

After eating a meal not very carby I often fell very sleepy is that to do with Diabetes.

Hba1c at 50 is only just in the diabetic range.

The 1st Reading was 1st bite the second after 2hr.

As both results were 1st thing in the morning . How do I check if my breakfast in OK. If the drop in reading will always look like the meal I OK .
