Hi Ellie, thanks for your reply. I have no idea what my numbers were. I had bloods done for something else and when I went for results was told that they were concerned about my high levels but that’s all the info I got. ‍

I am thirsty a lot but can’t find anything to quench my thirst. I only drink sparkling water and I find diet soft drinks leave a taste in my mouth. It’s driving me mad! Can anyone suggest what I can drink?? Thank you!
