    Thanks folks - Cycling isn't an option unfortunately however going out for a 15min walk at lunchtime is a possibility - its better than sitting in front of a screen ;)

    Unfortunately I am only in a small office on the one floor and only get 30 mins for lunch - not much time to do too much - maybe try going out for 15 min walk, its better than nothing I suppose lol :rolleyes:

    I have just read that we should be taking first bloods upon waking ie before shower etc, I have been waiting till I am ready to go out the door to work which is usually about 2 hrs after getting up - will try that tomorrow morning. I don't have any of the testing strips left for other meter but...
