    On a different note, as my trigs are what keeps causing me pancreatitis, shouldn’t I worry about having a higher fat diet? That’s what confuses me a little bit. Or will better diabetic control naturally reduce my trigs anyway? Scared of switching to low to no carb then my fats go too high

    Thanks for the info! I’ll look in to Leto and I do enjoy eating nuts and proteins, just have to keep some cooked chicken or something in the fridge to snack on! Lots of useful and really lovely comments from everyone, what a great place to ask for advice!
