    My endo says i now have duble diabetes and has put me on metformin. any advice to deal with this ?

    Hello my endo has said i definitely have double diabetes and have now been put on metformin bmi is 26 waist size 30 ? I have had type 1 for 21 years.

    Any ideas how to deal with my insulin resistance.
