    The dietary links my GP forwarded to me said fruit and wholemeal cereal/bread is fine. I'm not pursuing a keto diet as that hasn't been recommended to me. I have a followup with the diabetic doctor this Friday when I will discuss my diet. I do a physical job so will need some carbs.
