Hi Emmie, I would suggest getting a referral from your doctor to a hospital's pre-conception clinic for diabetics. You would see them on a monthly basis & they would do blood tests, you would have to keep track of your blood glucose levels & they would advise you as the months progress. Also...

My brother was also addicted to Pepsi Max. Its the Phosphoric acid which really doesn't help. It can affect your moods so much & my brother feels so much better now that he stopped drinking it.
