    Thank you, I do think about it the same way as you. I have ordered a Frio pouch so will put the unused insulin in there whilst on the flight then once at in laws house will put straight in fridge. Never had to think and prepare so much for flying abroad before being type 1 diabetic...

    Help on night time hypo

    Hi, have you set the alarm alert of your app to tell you that the level is going below 4? I have sometimes missed the alarm alert at night when I have been in deep sleep, and noticed later that I was in hypo for an hour or so, but then it went back up into normal range.
