    Frustrated with Metformin

    I am completely fed up with diabetes. I am on 3 x 1gramme metformin a day along with 160 mg gliclazide x2 a day and 75 mg aspirin along with my other drugs. Just had acute diaharhea for past two weeks. Take immodium on prescription to ease the situation only last time this week it did not work.

    How did you feel about switching onto injections?
