Morning folks... 4.9 this morning. Had steak, broccoli and pan fried brussels last night, bg of 5.3 after that, hardly a rise at all until I had a shower a few hours later, then it rose to 6.4, for a couple of hours, not sure what's going there...!....bg then decreased to 5.0 by 1am and...

Morning all, 5.0 this AM, went down to 4.5 and stayed there for a couple of hours yesterday evening after exercise, but then strangely, later went up to 6.5 all by itself and I hadn't even eaten anything.... Have a great day.

Newly diagnosed...2months into low carb and time restricted eating....got FBG down to 4.8 before Christmas...back up to FBG of 5.8 at the moment... currently watching telly and at 7.2 (been snacking...NAUGHTY!)
