    Testing after starting to eat.

    I have just là-dessus the mistake of forgetting to test myself before eating and tester myself during my meal. Does it make any difference? I had only started to eat less than 5 mins before. I don't think it dies but just wanted to check.

    Hi ya, I haved just started to ask advice. When I add a new food to my Gluci Chek it asks me for lipids. I understand that it is another word for fats but what fats do I add when looking at manufactures packaging, fats in general or saturated and what is the different between the two?

    I have only just started using my Blood sugartesting kit on a daily basis and I was speaking to a friend of mine the other day and he said he reuses his needles where as I use a clean one everytime. I take it you should use new ones everytime, is that correct? I presume using the same needle...

    Morning blood sugar level readings.

    I was diagnosed about a year ago as having typpe 2 diabetes and I therefore still Learning about the illness. When I test myself 1st thing in the morning my bllod sugar level is between 140-170 mg/dl, is this anything to worry about? Alex.
