    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    8.0-8.5 every morning between 7am-11am, that's with no food. I workout at noon, so bg is 6-7 the rest of the day and evening. I only eat once a day at dinner, so 24 hr intermittent fast daily, and try to eat as close to zero carb as possible. Frustrating!

    10 eggs, 2 coffees with heavy cream. Thats all I'm eating today. I generally do OMAD.

    Have you been told not to test your blood sugars?

    This sounds completely insane to me! My strips are covered here in Canada, but I'm ****** off that a CGM is not covered unless you are on insulin. I periodically pay out of pocket for a CGM.

    Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

    I cant wrap my head around some of these numbers people are getting! I eat 10-20gr of carbs/day. Fasting glucose is 7.5 to 8. I dont eat rice, potatoes, bread, fruit and my insulin resistance is still ridiculous. I ride a lifecycle an hour every day. If I ate 150gr of carbs in a day, I'd have...
