    Low-carb/Keto & Vegan!

    Hello I'm vegan and 3 weeks in to type 2 diagnosis. I'm exhausted. Any good quick eats that won't spike me but will fill me up? Hummus and veg is getting boring. I've been eating grubby ready meals but they usually spike me, is this going to get better once I'm on Metformin for longer? Thanks...
