    New to the this world.

    Hi. I'm Kenny, 67 years young, and diagnosed type 2 Sept 30th 2026. I already have Osteoarthritis, Gout, CVD, hypertension and now this. Retired, thought i was fit and reasonably healthy. I do/did like my chocolate, maybe too much though.
