    A good probiotic taken with each Main meal should help, also Digestive Enzymes could be useful. Maybe try Silica gastrointestinal gel (Hubner is a good brand) to get the diarrhea under control, and then maintain with probiotics, and digestive enzymes.

    Do you tell people you have diabetes?

    I own a health shop, so I don't mind telling customers I am diabetic. Generally this ends up with a discussion with them about how I treat it, do I take Metformin, how do I manage etc etc... It has also led to extra sales, so good news..!

    With regard to the Roscea, you may find that good doses of Digestive Enzymes, a good pro-biotic, and sometimes Zinc supplements will help with this condition. They need to be good brands, Lamberts, Quest, Natures Aid.
