    You could try replacing skimmed milk with lactose free milk, which has considerably less carbs in it than normal milk. That is what I have done and it tastes much the same as normal semi-skimmed milk but without the excess sugars.

    Thank you all for such kind and helpful words. I feel much less alone now. I have been offered therapy for the PTSD which will start next week and I am definitely going to look into LCHF as well. Many thanks to you all you don't know how much better this makes me feel already [emoji4]
