    My Boss said to me I don't know why you bother testing I know lots of people with diabetes who don't bother and they don't seem to suffer.

    So no sugar (weve also been told theres too much sugar in fruit) no carbs, too much protein is bad for us what are we supposed to eat. Cabbage springs to mind
