I have to 2 injections a day from the novamix pens, each time I have 9 units of it... It's used to be 14, then 12, then 10... I was experiencing alot of hypos with these doses however so I was advised to tinker with it until I found a dosage that stopped them. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Hi all, I tend to have the same lunch each day at work... A ham salad sandwich, with an apple and 2 oranges. However when I come to testing my sugar levels in an hours time they can be as high as 14-15... Is there a reason for this? Because I always thought inwas having a rather healthy lunch...
