    Eating that kind of quantity of meats is not healthy and not something I could do so I probably couldn't get enough to convert into glucose. Cholesterol of over 6 is considered high, no doubt contributed to by pork scratchings :shifty:

    To Superchip It's important to remember that if you drink alcohol, you are indeed drinking glucose. As a non drinker, I'm sure that anybody that likes their whisky, would be consuming far more glucose per average week than I do :)

    For me, tea and coffee plus energy drinks are appetite suppressors so I tend to search for new exciting blends and flavours. At the moment I'm loving bourbon vanilla latte in the morning (with sweeteners and skimmed milk) and different black teas throughout the day included flavoured ones...
