    leg cramps

    May I suggest a glass of low calorie tonic water every evening because as mentioned before it is the quinine which has helped me. I used to get horrendous leg cramp after exercise classes and this did work for me. I understand that it does not work for everyone but may be worth a try, others...

    What's the best way to bring insulin when traveling?

    I use a small metal vacuum flask when I am hiking. This does work it keeps what is inside cool and also protected from knocks which might damage the insulin pens. No messing about with wetting the gel of frio bags or worrying about keeping them damp. Just my suggestion. Jim
