    Carb free snacks

    I've not eaten cauliflower since I was a kid. Because I saw my mum find a caterpillar in her dinner. She just put it on the side of the plate and carried on eating. But I cringe every time I see a cauliflower now. Cheers, Smudge.

    I used to think like that and stopped taking my metformin. But after about a week I was taking it again. The extra pee proved the difference.

    I'm not sure how true it is, but I have been led to believe that fruit sugars do not cause any tissue damage for diabetics. So we are able to eat fruit without cause for concern, even if it does cause of Blood sugars to rise. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
