    Atkins bars

    I tried one recently as I was craving some chocolate. It was pretty unsatisfying to be honest and made me feel queasy later. I'd rather have the real thing but in moderation and as a treat. I find the 85-90% cocoa bars really low in carbs and a couple of squares of that don't affect my BG.

    Dark chocolate

    Green & Blacks Organic Cocoa is a good one too. Low carbs & sugar. Nice mixed with yogurt or on porridge!
