    Totally agree with Jeves, the DAFNE course really is great, I only went on it earlier this month but I learnt more in a week than I have in 23 years with type 1. Just wish i'd of known about it a lot sooner x

    If I catch my hypo early im usually fine afterwards but if my blood sugar go's too low I feel completely washed out afterwards with a banging headache..

    Thanks for the replies :) with regards the Dafne course I'm sure you'll take away lots from it, I learnt more about my diabetes in a week than I have in 23 years of trying to figure it out myself! Only regret us I wish I'd of done it a lot longer ago x
