hello all I'm type 2 and my sugar levels are between 7.2 and 10 after meals.i am stressed at the moment is this connected to your sugar levels? My bp is 148/80 (at last testing). Many thanks for any advice.

Im type2 diagnosed in july.went for my diabetic eye test.im slim but so what.got to the clinic a nurse greeted me with "your not fat what are you doing here"!!please educate our health professionals.

Hi everyone, im type2 diagnosed in june.im diet only at the mo but seem to be depressed and frustrated at the diagnosis.i feel like a naughty kid if I have anything sweet.blood sugar level up one day fown the next!

Loved chocs since diagnosed type2 in june, I was very good and cut it out.now if I have a tiny bit it doesnt taste like it used to.dont enjoy it anymore.well thats 1 hurdle jumped lol.
