    Today read Dr David Unwin's article re bread - he states that 3 slices of wholemeal bread equivalent to 9 spoons sugar! Yet Diabetes UK suggest not to eat white bread? Which is correct?! Confused.

    I have been diagnosed type 2 since 1998 - why didn't somebody tell me a long time ago that low carbs would change my life||? Ihave lost 2 stone in 15 weeks by just reducing sugar, carbs, fats I am now off medication my bmi is 26 my blood pressure between 132 and 145 feel so much...
