    Hi just joined today. Had blood tests Monday due to blood pressure medicine check up, told yesterday I have IGT. Have dad and brother type 2 so at risk of this. Am scared and very confused by all that I have read so far. Should I be testing my levels at home or just go on a diet and pray? Please...
