    That's very true, think the number 1 rule of diabetes is to control it and not let it control you. Otherwise it can have a real bad effect on both physical and mental wellbeing.

    From what I've been told, people with diabetes should always have a Hba1c slightly higher than those people who do not have diabetes.

    An insulin pump is an option for me at the minute and obviously from this post it doesn't sound very good? Would you advise getting one or sticking to injections?

    Yeah reading about it all is quite a scare! Diabetes can bring some many unknown complications and I don't think society knows enough about it.

    Well done, should be very proud! I'm finding it hard to stay on track! It's easy to slip off and get high blood sugars and eat sugary foods etc…people like you are inspiration and I congratulate and thank you for that! Hope all is still going well☺️
