    My reading when I got took into hospital were 18.4 so well on track getting it down, working on reducing carbs too atm. A huge learning process for a newbie.     Calorie Counter App. Myfitnesspro

    How do your friends and family react to your diagnosis?

    My manager at work is T1, she has been an absolute rock for me throughout this. Giving me loads of advice etc My other colleagues are similar to me tbh and don't know enough about T2 so it's a huge learning curve for us all Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
