    according to my diet reference sheet the nurse gave me last week, it says I should not eat burgers, saus etc. Dont like strongbow, training cider that one!!!! Mark

    Hi again :D am doing a bbq sometime next week at the request of my girlfriends children, what can I have to replace burgers, sausages etc? Also, I have been told that white wine (dry) is ok for a type2, is this true (dont like red!!!!!) I suppose cider is out of the question? Mark

    Quorn products: safe for people with diabetes?

    am not a veggie, I used to have quorn products when at slimming world because that was recommended as a slimmimg food, frylight I get from Tesco, its a sray bottle, again was recommended because it was very low in fat, so replaced oil/butter when cooking omlettes etc. All the best Mark
