    Its Controllable - I Am The Living Proof

    This morning I received my blood test report- Hb1A1c of 40 6 months ago, it was something like 108. metformin twice a day, some minor dietary changes and a slight increase in exercise (10,000 step everyday (well nearly)). So its controllable, and now on to beat it. mick
