dinner beer evening meal no insulin

    Beer for dinner. Type1.

    For the past 2 nights i've swapped my evening meal for about 5 pints of lager, (normally I'd only have a couple on a week night). I find the results very interesting, as the sugar in the beer increases my BG readings the alcohol cancels that out over night. I actually woke up low this morning...
