    Blurry vision caused by dry eyes ? Very worried please help

    I have not been diagnosed with diabetes... Recently I have blurry vision that fluctuates throughout the day.... I noticed if my eyes do tear up which is very seldom the tears improve my vision . But the tears do sting my eyes.... I'm very worried please help
