    Type 2 Do diabetic neuropathy symptoms come and go? (fluctuating symptoms)

    D2 for 8 years. I am experiencing some symptoms compatible with neuropathy such as mild burning in some areas of the foot and little finger of the left hand, but they disappear for a few weeks and reappear.
