I wanted to start a thread for anyone using Levemir and wondering what happens next. It looks like it’s being phased out completely, so most of us will need to change our basal insulin soon. (Before end 2026) A few things worth asking each other: Who here has already spoken to their diabetes...

Help...Recently changed from levemir (32 units split dose) to toujeo (32 units). I'm having huge drops overnight to the point that I'm having to go to bed with bs 20+ to then wake up to hypos in the morning. I've reduced toujeo to 24 units and it's still dropping overnight (see pic) but running...
