Evening All,
So tomorrow I’m going to start on meal replacement shakes, specifically Huel.
Shakes for breakfast and lunch and then a proper meal for tea.
I need to lose a few pounds, stuck at 14st so I’m hoping this helps
Does anyone else to the meal replacements?
