    I always knew.......

    My paternal grandmother, my aunt, my mother and my uncle have all be diagnosed. Deep down I knew there was a strong chance. I lost 45 pounds 3 years ago, and gained it all back. Just a couple days ago I got the news...I was diagnosed with t2....I have started working out but I feel confused...
