My diabetes nurse gave me a referral for free , actually offered one to me, I also have hypertension problems and she thought that some cardio vascular exercises would be good . Like yourself , I`m not on any meds yet and have been refused the test strips point blank but at least the gym referral helps, kick up a fuss !</p></blockquote><p></p>
