‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Finished at 6:10pm I've been crocheting and catching up with Pottery Throw down so not thought about snacking at all,
off to beddy bys now.
Ooooo Pottery Throwdown is back? I don’t have a TV licence so I can only watch on catchup streaming, and seldom go to that particular channel. Guess what I am doing on this cold, blustery (again), wet day.

Finished my supper of salmon, haddock and salad by 6.30pm and only once had the urge to pick and peck after that. I am assuming it has become a habit, so needs to be broken.

I am ready to join, I normally break the fast at 10 am after having dinner at around 7 pm. I've recently started swimming from 8 to 9 am and at times I feel I need something before getting into the water and I feel this has spoilt my routine, any suggestions? I honestly haven't checked my blood glucose after swimming though I've never felt hungry though I at times have a crampy mouth.
Regards,

Bit later tonight but still all done by 7.
Dentist tomorrow morning and meeting friend for coffee after so will extend my fast until back home at lunchtime

Evening @Motumi Nini Dintwe. Welcome to the challenge. We're pleased you could join us.

A crampy mouth is usually caused by facial muscle spasms. Are you having plenty to drink?
Once again, welcome.

Evening all

We'd polished off a good, square evening meal by 18.00 and I'm still feeling pleasantly full.

Hi folks. Finished at 6:55! After eating out at lunchtime I wasn’t particularly hungry so left it as late as possible.

Came in at a 17.5 hour fast due to skipping breakfast and lunching at 12. I was very ready for lunch!

Tonight's meal eaten by 18:15. Only herbal tea since.

Will aim for TMAD tomorrow (brunch at 11, dinner at 17:30) as that fits well with our Thursday timetable

Done and dusted by 6:30. I didn’t get peckish this evening so perhaps my bad habit is cracking, if not yet entirely broken.

Just to touch base with @MissMuffett and regulars on this thread.

I haven't faltered ... yet.. I think this timing of the evening meal is a sensible approach (combined with low carb eating, obviously) for those type 2s striving to keep their BG readings in check.
