  Bit upset Hba1c 51
  Just remembered had that hot spell and bloods all over the place. Now they seem better so maybe always have them done in the cool weather

  Hba1c Now 42 so classified as non Diabetic

  Hba1c started at 58 then 56 and now 46 today. All since the summer. Prediabetic good but shall keep working at it.
