I just disappeared for a while… busy summers.
Anyway…
I have had a lot of lows last week but yesterday my range was one hundred per cent so I think that’s good…

Also would love to know what you have been up to in the heat and rain.

In the heat I hibernated. Stayed indoors, and read. Not a particularly interesting book, either. Looked forward to autumn, which seems to have arrived .So, tidied the garden a bit before the rain started. When it did, I sorted my wardrobes and filled two bags with clothes shoes, and bags I don’t use anymore. It has been suggested that I sell on vinted, but I am far too lazy. Put the bags out for charity collection, instead.
