I believe that a lot of stress in your life can lead to anxiety and that this can mess with your blood sugar control as well as leaving you exhausted and vulnerable. Life is very pressurised for young people these days and when you're young you think you can get away with living on an adrenalin high, but eventually it will take it's toll.
