I don't exercise in a gym, don't run... not even for a bus because my mammaries bounce. I've got a skipping rope I've had for years... little used. I've considered investing in a hoola hoop but was never any good, I couldn't keep it up.
I garden, dig, bend, weed, saw and walk. Today I filled 3 compost bags with weeds and walked my first 10,054 steps on my primitive Pingko and am chuffed with this little success
