Has anybody noticed any decline in eye sight , muscle mass or energy after 10 years from first diagnosis of diabetes ?

I'd get checked out by the Dr, what are you BG levels like?
if the loss of weight is recent and your BG is up, it could be that the pancreas is running out and it's time for meds.

I have other problems too like I had Cancer twice (bladder and Prostate) , Lichen planance and hypertension too :) Docs get confused where to pin the problem . Thats why asked on forum

did you have a pet scan to see if there are any cancer issues back?
what are your blood glucose levels like? if you are high and insulin deficient you can lose weight

Presently I am declared Cancer free by the consultant of Freeman's Hospital who treated me in New Castle upon Tyne. and CCCI , NHS , UK where I got treated myself as a Private patient.
My Glucose level (according to standards in Pakistan) are 2 Hr. post lunch and dinner is 249 to 270 . I am taking 24 units once in 24 hours of SoloStar pen which has a longer span of time. Still I am losing weight .

I'm glad your cancer is under control, that would be a load off your mind.
as you would know, your BG is too high at 2hr 250-270 [14mmol] and I would say that it may be causing the eye and weight problem. the recommended at 2hr is 140 [7.8] and declining.

A review of your diet and medication would be a good idea. you may need to go onto the next level of drugs [which I know nothing about] and a lot here have a moderate to low carb diet with fats adding the lost calories
