Hi everyone! Been away from the forum for a long time so please bear with me. I hope that everyone here is currently in good health and happy :) Now, I manage my diabetes with a low carb eating regime. I do this very successfully and I love what I eat. I'm fitter, slimmer and more content than I have ever been. I feel very passionately about it and feel I have found the right way of life for me. However, I was doing some research earlier today (which I haven't done for a while) and came across the "180 degree diabetes" page. The info totally goes against the low carb theory, but doesn't seem to offer any other suitable solution. Does anyone know anything about it, at all please? I'm actually quite disappointed that I ran into it because things have been going great for me since I changed what I eat, but stuff like this really causes me to doubt :banghead: Any thoughts, please? *edited to add a link http://180degreehealth.com/tag/type-2-diabetes/
