Hi
I have checked my blood sugars and cannot get them below 15mol/L it's been like this for a week.
Today it is 18mol/L. I have lost weight and have a dry mouth and drink a lot of water and urinate a lot.
I am on Metmorfin and Glickizade 4 or each daily.

I suppose i need to go on to insulin ?

It may be you have an infection, especially if you are peeing a lot. Your drinking more as your sugars are high. Get an appointment at your GP, and get your urine checked out, before thinking about insulin.
